The Challenge

Red Jacket had a strong reputation within the industry and a solid client base, but their outward brand presence didn’t reflect the quality or innovation of the work they were delivering.

Their visual identity, messaging, and website felt outdated compared to the forward-thinking engineering solutions they were known for.

The challenge was to elevate how the business presented itself, visually and strategically, so that their brand matched the calibre of the work happening behind the scenes.

The Strategy

We began with a Marketing Strategy Deep Dive to uncover their strengths and growth opportunities.

From this, it became clear that a full rebrand wasn’t necessary; instead, a thoughtful brand refresh was the right path forward.

We refined and elevated their existing logo suite, then built a new set of brand guidelines to support a cohesive rollout across their existing touchpoints – all designed to modernise the look and feel of the brand without losing its roots. We also began the process of rebuilding their website to better reflect their values, capabilities, and innovative mindset, with a clear focus on user experience and positioning Red Jacket as a trusted, outcome-focused engineering partner.
