Scott, Founder of Stacked, has dedicated over half a decade to providing quality advice and helping people get more out of their KiwiSaver. With a reputation for making complex decisions simple, Scott’s on a mission to help everyday Kiwis make the right KiwiSaver decisions, backed by clear analysis and guidance, not guesswork.

The Challenge

Scott has steadily built a thriving KiwiSaver advice service, growing alongside his broader insurance advice work under Abacus Group.

With demand increasing, Scott wanted to give this side of his business its own home with a standalone brand and website.

His vision was clear: something clean, modern, and genuine. The KiwiSaver advice space is crowded with noise,  bold promises, return-chasing hype, and jargon-heavy marketing. Scott needed a brand that would cut through that clutter with simplicity and trustworthiness.

We needed to create a distinct identity for his KiwiSaver advice and to launch a brand that could start small through his own network but had the potential to scale into a wider presence.

The Strategy

The goal was straightforward: To create a brand that aligned with Scott’s vision and mission.

Our approach began with naming and brand identity. From Scott’s initial ideas, we refined the name to ‘Stacked’ – a name we felt perfectly captures the idea of building confidence, clarity, and stronger outcomes.

Visually, we selected a palette of greens to convey growth and trust, paired with a modern, approachable sans-serif typeface. The logomark takes inspiration from the arcs in the letters of “Stacked,” stacking them to create a visual representation of building and stacking.

For the look and feel of the website, it needed to be as clear and approachable as the advice it delivers. Messaging was equally deliberate. We stripped away jargon and fluff, replacing it with clear, actionable guidance. The result is a modern, uncluttered space where clients feel supported, informed, and empowered – exactly what Scott envisioned for his KiwiSaver advice.
